Dimension Data is growing up and looking for an interesting candidate to support our customers around EU. If you are passionate about CISCO Technologies and you speak English and German, we are looking forward to talk to you!

What will be your responsibilities:

  • provide phone and remote technical support on products to meet our customer's expectations
  • troubleshooting of incidents within defined SLA's
  • manage communication and call logging with vendors or 3rd parties when necessary
  • build solid relationships with key customers and act as a designed engineer with the GSC for those customers
  • maintain and develop skills/ certifications as required to support Clients

Our expectations are connected to:

  • your previous experience related to the job scope
  • your knowledge of CISCO- CCNA certification is welcome
  • your experience with configuring, troubleshootion Unified Communications technologies such as: Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco Voice Gateways, Cisco CME and CUE, Gatekeepers
  • your connection to MS or Linux OS

As we are strongly client oriented, your personality must be in a cooperation with:

  • great communication skills
  • very good German and English language knowledge
  • ability to prioritize and multitask
  • team spirit- ideally in international environment
  • you should be open for shift work- 24/7
