The Enterprise Group (EG) supply Chain organization, as part of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), is counted as one of the largest in the world in terms of revenue, network and spend. Supply chain enables delivery and manufacture of a full portfolio of standards-based, integrated products and services developed specifically to solve the complexities of the extended enterprise and deliver a Converged Infrastructure of servers, storage and networking. The Supply Chain organization balances volume and complexity across HPE owned, and partner factories and suppliers, to bring advanced technology solutions such as servers, storage and networking together into one HPE Converged Infrastructure.
You will be an integral part of a team of Supply Chain professionals focused on ensuring best in class supply performance, both internally and at a supply base. You will have a specific role to perform, and will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of the EMEA operation.
Responsibilities:
• The role will involve a daily/weekly reporting function, which involves interpreting data from various systems, summarizing, and publishing to management.
• Data maintenance on SAP (P.O.’s, pricing, master data etc.).
• Communicating with internal manufacturing and external suppliers on a daily basis as part of managing the supply chain.
• Participating in supplier business reviews.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Advanced MS Excel skills – Pivot tables, analytical functions
• Experience with MS Access and MS Excel VBA is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and get involved – motivated team player
• Proactive approach – able to suggest possible solutions
• Medium understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of project management methodology.
