Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a high technical skilled specialist who is able to lead the complete process of implementation of new single-purpose assembly machine in our company. Your main responsibilities would be to define the production concept of machine for concrete purpose according to customers requirements. For this position we expect from you to have overall overview of the design, production, assembly and launching of the single-purpose machines.
Main tasks:
• Giving proposals and development of single purpose assembly machines according to clients requirements (e.g. concept definiton, approve the technical documentation, support and cooperation with the supliers)
• Project management of the whole development process (demand, calculation, technical specification, time schedule, cost)
• Selection and management of suppliers
• Transfer and implementation of processes in our plant
• Communication with suppliers in terms of setting up of conditions of machine producing and whole cost for the project
• Personal contact with suppliers – mostly in Slovakia
• Cooperation with other department in Slovakia and France
• Overall overview of the design, production, assembly and launching of the machine
• Coordination of all phases of the project and following of final tests coordination
• Technical improvements of current processes, active use of the lean methods/tools
• Design control systems to minimize project issues

- Experiences with development of simple assembly machines are welcome
- Lean manufacturing experience (P-FMEA, Flow chart, IATF)

- Reliability, Communication and negotiation skills, Initiative approach
- Willing to occasionally traveling to the neighbouring countries
