What will you do?

Purpose

The E-Learning Specialist is independently responsible for the design and the development of mission critical e-learning programs for our business whilst overlooking the entire production process (end-to-end).The holder of the position is also responsible for taking an active role in researching, recommending innovative ideas and implementing them, leading projects independently while involving other persons as well.

Key accountabilities:

• Consultation with clients (needs analysis) – asking them about their expectations and vision, coming to mutual agreement on visuals,
• Preparation of the “mood” board for the videos or e-courses,
• Working on the visual storyboarding in some cases,
• Creation of the overall graphic concept - “look and style” of the course, designing the banners, buttons, icons, infographics, diagrams, text bubbles, arrows, backgrounds, intro and outro pages…,
• Understanding the basics of video production (making audio and video recordings, postproduction of these recordings) and uses some tool in this field (Camtasia, After effects, iMovie…). Understanding of animation tool as Vyond is very welcome.

• Working responsible on assigned tasks,
• Meeting the scope of the projects, products, budget and schedule,
• Handling the tasks in the agile way,
• Working effectively with project plans, project resources, capacity plans and other project related documentation,
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with team members, subject matter experts, and customers,
• Acting assertively, constructively and proactively in team to contribute to achieving personal and team goals,
• Following the top trends in graphic design.

You will succeed if you:

Education:

• Bachelor

IT Technical Skills:

• MS Office,
• Video recording/editing/post-production – Expert,
• Graphic software (Illustrator, Photoshop,…) – Expert.

Soft skills:

• Communication skills,
• Teamwork and cooperation,
• Time management,
• Adaptability,
• Customer orientation.

Languages:

• English – Advanced (C1)

Other criteria or requirements:
Experienced at least one simple and one complex software to create video (eg. Simple: Camtasia, more complex, animation: Vyond, After effects).
Educational or arts degree, or any other relevant degree
Mastering at least one simple and one complex authoring software to construct e-learning content on high level.

Wage (gross)

1 100 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1100€ /brutto.
