about the position
Our international team is looking for analytic and detail oriented candidates. We will give you the opportunity to join the fast paced European team in Bratislava. • Central contact partner for stakeholder from DTSE and NatCo‘s
• Jira Tool business owner
• Do trainings, tool introduction and information meetings for various stakeholder
• Optimization projects
• Stakeholder Management, steady and active communication
• Create reports and analysis
• Proper process documentation
• Maintenance and enhancements of Request 2 Demand tool (Jira)
Tasks IT Service Management:
• Gather IT requirements from Service Lines and NatCo’s
• Manage Identity Management topics
• Manage network connectivity topics
• Collaborate with different IT departments in our group in order to implement IT requirements
• Negotiate agreements with NatCo’s about future collaboration in IT Service Management
The salary for this position is from 1300 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
