Interim Maintenance manager (m/w)

We are looking now for our automotive client for Interim Maintenance Manager (m/f).

Location: Lower Silesia, Poland

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Languages: Fluency in English and Polish. German is an advantage

Tasks:

• Team building and development (~12 direct reports)
• Ensuring the continuity of all machines and technical devices running used in the production process
• Developing and implementing a plan of preventive inspections, repairs, modernization of machines, molds and technical devices
• Active cooperation with other departments to ensure the correct technical operation of machines and equipment
• Introducing improvements and modifications aimed at improving production, quality and financial results
• Technical support in the implementation of new projects

Requirements:

• Min. 5 year of experience in a managerial role in maintenance area, automotive industry experience is a must
• Strong technical background coupled with financial awareness
• Outstanding leadership skills evident in the ability to work with the team and clear communication and execution
• Determined and decisive; uses initiative to develop effective solutions to problems
• Ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected changes under time pressure
