Junior Master Data Global Maintainer

A Snapshot of Your Day
As part of our knowledgeable team of data analysts, you will support the team with your communicative and open manner, pick up on existing processes and develop them further. Within your day-to-day activities you will handle and maintain worldwide business partner details and independently clarify identified shortcomings. Doing so, you will define technical requirements and coordinate the implementation with IT to stabilize our systems used.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• One of your main daily tasks is to collect the relevant onboarding questionnaires and CAPS (based on triggers in request /supplier answers)
• You will be responsible for performing central checks in Ariba and MDG. (BP checks, duplicate, supplier feedback, etc.)
• You will provide direct support for coordinators and support buyers via ticketing portal
• Moreover, you will connect with suppliers, buyers, and other internal partners (incl. clarifications, reminders and critical issues)
• Providing reports and regular feedback to procurement coordinator

What You Bring

• Secondary or university education in relevant field, or practical experience in a similar role
• Communicative level of English is a must, other languages advantageous
• Proficient user of Windows 10 and MS Office
• Knowledge of Ariba (SLP) Onboarding and Qualification processes is an advantage
• Experience with Master data Governance tool (MDG) and SAP advantageous
• Experience in managing Vendor/Customer or Business partner Master data is a plus
• You're a great teammate with attention to detail, and have a strong social competence towards the team and our business partners
