SITE MANAGER (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS WITH US

• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with supervisors [KP1] to monitor costs (mainly in bridge construction)
• Liaising with other construction professionals
• Coordinating and supervising construction workers
• Liaising with specialist of calculation, purchasing, legal and mechanical engineering departments
• Be responsible to management and promotion of your employees
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety and regulation requirements are met

WHAT INSPIRES US

Our ideal candidate has experience in construction in Germany

• University degree in civil engineering (bridge construction is preferable)
• Several years of professional experience as site manager in the execution of demanding and complex construction measures (bridge construction is preferable)
• Sovereignty in dealing with customers, clients and employees
• German or English languages on communication level. In a case of big interest but not having necessary language level, the company can provide intensive language course.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to motivate others
• Teamworking skills
• Commitment and reliability
• Good user knowledge in MS Office
