IT operations manager

As operations manager you will lead the following areas of our team:

• Delivery of customer related projects
• Delivery of internal development projects
• Management of support projects

You will have a small team of direct subordinates, but will manage also other people in team in order to deliver projects in time.

The job is very creative and dynamic. We work with international clients, our product is under development and you can greatly contribute in the development process as well as in the sales and marketing areas. We are not a big company with predefined processes. We try to be as effective as possible. It is expected, you will challenge our processes and will help to improve them.

 We also expect that you will:

• Be part of the management team and will help to evolve our strategy
• Bring new ideas how to improve our products and processes
• Communicate and manage relationship with subcontractors and customers
• Travel and lead meetings with existing and potential clients and partners (travelling ca. one - two times per month for 2 days)

In your job you will engage with software, in-car computers, mobile devices, cameras, radar sensors and much more. You don’t need to be an expert in these areas, but you must not fear to engage with them.

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Senior IT manager with following skills:

• Very good English (other languages are welcomed)
• Very good organizational skills (project management experience welcomed)

• Highly reliable and autonomous
• People management skills
