From a technical perspective to work with TCP/IP, Security, LAN, WAN – devices and technologies
Provide technical consultancy and support
Manage and implement NW changes which are triggered by incident handling or execute NW normal, standard and routine changes (LAN, WAN and Security) Implement standard service requests from customers
Ensure Processes are followed according to standard
Check that tools and documentation are up to date

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

Advanced English
Computer skills: LAN/WAN/Security administration on advanced level
Good technical knowledge of IP Networks (LAN, WAN, Security, Internet, IP Management)
CCNA certification is desirable, knowledge is necessary
Technical knowledge of network tools
Excellent assertive communication skills
Global customer mindset, flexibility and teamwork oriented
