KATEdesign is seeking to hire a part-time Architectural and Landscape Architectural Student all over the world.
The position is designed to present architecture graduate students and landscape architecture graduate students a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the designing public spaces.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides direct support to the Principal Landscape Architect and a team of Architects.
• Prepares scale drawings and contract documents using manual or computerized tools
• Research and present to staff new and potentially significant architectural technologies
• Assist in creating an Architectural documentation
• Assists in construction phase services
• Assists with collection of field data
• Presenting own ideas
• Creating an Architectural details
• Proficient in the use of computers, CAD, Indesign, sketchup, lumion and other rendering and relevant software and hardware tools
IMPORTANT SKILLS INCLUDE:
• Strong in creativity
• Strong research and analytical skills
• The ability to learn processes quickly
• Motivated self-starter, able to work independently
• Skills and willingness to review and analyze landscape and architectural construction completed and in progress
• Ability to work remotly
