Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Supporting tender team in tender and commercial contract administration,

• Supporting tender team with Vendavo pricing tool update

• Supporting tender team with data upload to SFDC sales force tool (tender pipeline and contract repository)

Required knowledge:

• In the final year of bachelor's or pursuing master’s degree in Legal or Paralegal, Economy, Business, Management, Administrative Management or related fields.

• Fluent Slovakian

• Communicative English (B2 Upper Intermediate level or higher)

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Good knowledge of Excel

• Results and quality oriented

Would be a plus:

• Communicative Czech and Hungarian

• Eager to learn & develop

• Problem solver

• Team player

• Duration: 6 months

• Full time position: 20 hours per week
